New Hanover Christian School
New Hanover Christian School is a co-ed school created by New Hanover Presbyterian Church. Our teachers, staff, directors and pastors have many years of experience in private Christian education as well as public education.
Philosophy
It is the philosophy of New Hanover Christian School to provide an environment where every child is valued. We are committed to providing educational excellence using a biblically based curriculum that supports traditional family values.We know that students learn at different rates and in different ways. Therefore, we strive to provide a program that encompasses many different learning styles. We aim to provide a well rounded, creative learning environment with the purpose of teaching basic skills as well as thinking and reasoning skills. We believe, if given these skills, students can become leaders in the future.
