Our friend, Stephen Soehngen, was involved a tragic car accident on March 3, 2008 on Atlee Station Road. He is being treated at MCV for very serious injuries to his brain, heart and legs.  Stephen is an Atlee high-school student in Hanover County and is an avid skate board enthusiast. His friends at New Hanover Church have come together to organize a fundraising concert and skate-a-thon to help his family with mounting medical costs. In addition, a portion of the proceeds will go to Stephen’s favorite charity, “The Chain of Change” (www.chainofchange.org) to help the people and nation of Niger, Africa.
